Areas of Responsibility Certifications
At Red Lobster, we pride ourselves on having a learning culture. This means we place an emphasis on developing your knowledge, skills, and abilities on a continuous basis. One example is our Area of Responsibility Certification. We offer three distinct certifications to complete- Beverage & Hospitality, Culinary, and Service. Recertifications are also key to ensure that our leaders are always abreast of the latest initiatives and changes that are occurring.

WFF is the go to resource for individuals to build skills, expand knowledge and broaden perspectives in order to reach their full potential and accelerate their career growth.
