Areas of Responsibility Certifications
At Red Lobster, we pride ourselves on having a learning culture. This means we place an emphasis on developing your knowledge, skills, and abilities on a continuous basis. One example is our Area of Responsibility Certification. We offer three distinct certifications to complete- Beverage & Hospitality, Culinary, and Service. Recertifications are also key to ensure that our leaders are always abreast of the latest initiatives and changes that are occurring.
The purpose of Red Lobster's annual Leadership Conference is to bring together Operations and Restaurant Support Center leaders to celebrate successes from the previous year and announce the business goals and vision for the upcoming year. This multi-day event is packed with learning sessions, recognition ceremonies, and has time built-in for our hard-working leaders to have fun too!
Individual Development Plans

New Restaurant Openings

WFF is the go to resource for individuals to build skills, expand knowledge and broaden perspectives in order to reach their full potential and accelerate their career growth. Red Lobster participants and attendees achieve those objectives through impactful leadership development workshops, annual conferences, learning tools, networking, and communities of interest.
