At Red Lobster, we pride ourselves on having a learning culture. This means we place an emphasis on developing your knowledge, skills, and abilities on a continuous basis. One example is our Area of Responsibility Certification. We offer three distinct certifications to complete- Beverage & Hospitality, Culinary, and Service. Recertifications are also key to ensure that our leaders are always abreast of the latest initiatives and changes that are occurring.
The purpose of Red Lobster's annual Leadership Conference is to bring together Operations and Restaurant Support Center leaders to celebrate successes from the previous year and announce the business goals and vision for the upcoming year. This multi-day event is packed with learning sessions, recognition ceremonies, and has time built-in for our hard-working leaders to have fun too!
